Another Sunday 10/8 Acton local event! DiwaliFest 2023 Acton Boxborough & Littleton Community Celebration is also this Sun Oct 8 noon to 4:30pm at Sargent Memorial Library in Boxborough! Supported by the MA Cultural Council & many amazing local businesses & non profits!
Parking is limited. FREE event shuttles running from locations in Acton & Boxborough!

Diwalifest is for everyone! Last year we ran out of parking spots and many people had to turn their cars around. This year we will have shuttles from Acton and Boxborough so even more people can enjoy the food and festivities. Here are your options. Thanks to Council on Aging (Boxborough), Town of Acton and to Boxborough Regency (for their parking lot).

Rangoli is an Indian art form in which colorful and bright patterns are made on the floor. Designs are typically made out of sand, flower petals, rice flour and/or lentils and beans. Religiously, they are placed to welcome the Hindu Goddess Lakshmi - the goddess of wealth - to your house and are thought to bring good luck.
