Happy 2025!!! ✨ The first few days of 2025 were rough - I was sick, my household was sick, and today (finally) I'm feeling healthy and back to my normal self. So I'm celebrating today's fresh start!

I'm Megan, the founder and creative director here at Shoreline Event Design. I started Shoreline in 2019 as a side gig and creative outlet. When the pandemic hit in 2020 I thought this project wouldn't live to see the light of day. Luckily, I was wrong! 💃

Fast-forward to year S I X (!) and not only am I still here, I now have an amazing team beside me as well, producing and designing weddings all over the state of Michigan and beyond! This 2025 season is slated to be one of our best - I'm so excited (and grateful) for the amazing projects, clients and vendor partners we get to work with this year.

At Jolynn and Leo's reception, guests were welcomed with craft cocktails and various Bourbons (Leo’s favorite) to the tunes of a live jazz trio. The reception space was filled with an art deco flare - velvet linens, gold accents and lots of candles set the scene for the evening.

Dancing into the new year with Jolynn + Leo 💃 At the reception, guests were welcomed with craft cocktails and various Bourbons (Leo’s favorite) to the tunes of a live jazz trio. The reception space was filled with an art deco flare - velvet linens, gold accents and lots of candles set the scene for the evening and the experience was elevated with unique things to do at every turn - their guest book accompanied by a vintage floral adorned gramophone, a verbal guest book where guests leave messages for the couple, and a chalk board mural for guests to use as a photo backdrop to name a few.
