HI Everyone!
The club will be open on Sunday for bump in now from 7.15am not 7am as previously mentioned.
This is required so the club can do what they need to get things their end set up.
Load in will from from the rear doors.

Just an update.
The floor plans have been sent to the club ready to be set up.
Interest is still building and I am confident of a good attendance.
Bump in will be from the rear of the club through two large doors, through the courtyard.
Please ensure you have masks on at all time when you are inside the club and throughout the event.
If you any flu like symptoms please do not attend the event and inform me ASAP!

If you would like a clothed trestle table placed in front if your stand as a barrier then please let me know.
This will ensure distance is kept and you can also put your promotional material on it for people to take.

Using a QR code to capture details of those interested in your services is the safest course of action. Simply create a QR code that leads directly to your website contact page or page.
If you need help doing this please reach out and I will do create one for you.

Update from the venue about bump in times.
There is a wedding happening in the venue on the 22nd of January but you can bump in but not set up your stand items into a secure space between 9am and 4pm.
If you want to set up on the day, 23rd of January then you can do from 7am.

HI Everyone please lookout for an email asking for your confirmation of attendance to the event.
We have had to redesign the booking form.
If you have already sent one back we do apologise but this will make the administration of the event easier of you could
