Terms/Conditions:
Payment info: I accept Venmo, Cashapp, fb pay (which includes any payment form you choose) cash, card, and PayPal. Please pay within 2 hours of claiming, unless otherwise agreed. No holds on items unless there is a deposit. Deposits are non refundable.
Shopping Options: In store shopping available. Shipping available at cost. Delivery available in East Tx for a fee. Pick up/holds available with pre paid deposit. Deposit non refundable. Must pick up at discussed time, or reschedule. Ghosting pick up will result in cancelation. Orders can be placed via call, text, pm, or in person.
Shipping: I ship M-F. If you have a specific courier you'd prefer, please let me know prior! I will use the least expensive 3-5 day option available, unless you request and pay for faster service. All packages will include insurance, tracking, proof of drop off and photograph evidence for insurance.
Packaging: I package every plant with the utmost care and add additional protection free of charge. I photograph and video the process for you and insurance purposes, but, I am not responsible for shipping delays, weather related issues, lost or stolen packages, or damage done by carrier, weather, etc.
Weather: Please be aware of the weather in your area. Heat or cooling packs available for an additional $5.00 charge. Insulation, wrap, and cushioning is provided for free. If you opt out of the heat/cooling packs, i am not responsible for weather damage!
Non payment/ghosting: I am a very reasonable and understanding lady and if you change your mind, please let me know. Do not just ignore or ghost me. The first offense will result in an additional charge for your next order. Second results in blocking and reporting to all plant groups.
Sales agreement: By purchasing from me, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions stated above and below in accordance with state and federal resale guidelines and laws. All sales are final!! There are absolutely no refunds, returns, or replacements on live plants. If you do have issues, please reach out immediately and we will try to work something out! Please video your boxes upon arrival and opening for insurance.
