In a panel session on Wednesday, Ogbugo Okoha, ED, Distribution Systems, Storage and Real Infrastructure, NMDPRA, said the NOG Energy Week Conference & Exhibition 2023 provides a platform that enables a cross fertilization of ideas from a regulatory point of view.

“It always provides us very critical feedback loops for us to go back and look to correct any negative outcomes and reinforce what the possible outcomes are,” he said.

“So it's very important for us as an NMDPRA when we participate in these kinds of engagements.”
