after a couple of uh... biologically enforced hiatuses (covid lockdowns, massive injuries) I'm finally returning to DJing courtesy of the champions Decay Audio. Appearing at Shades Bar in Central on Sat 5 August with Decay mastermind Jungist and my Early Reflex labelmate Capiuz from Italy. Plenty of dubs, edits and percy bangers to unleash in Sydney at last. This event takes place on Aboriginal land, we acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land and extend our respect to elders past present and emerging. Our guest mix on Noods Radio will be airing on 12 August Friday 0900 AEST (0000 London time). We invited Deep Scan Radio for a guest mix in the second half.

The first half of the show features Aussie Avant Garde and Jungle. Deep Scan is an Eora based radio show/net label specialising in the experimental side of Australian underground and electronic music. Kicking off the Decay mix series is experimental and apocalyptic club DJ and producer Personalbrand. Currently based in London after 3 years in the Taiwan scene, his productions mix up grime, garage and hardcore sounds into twisted new forms, exuding feelings of anthropocenal anxiety and post-future optimism.

Personalbrand has done guest mixes for NTS, HKCR, WARE and supported artists including Palmistry, Osheyack, Qualiatik, and Air Max '97. He has upcoming releases on Taiwanese label Over My Body and Serbian label Kepasapradoks. Personalbrand is currently preparing to launch his own label which will be a platform for post-everything futurism from a global network of neoteric artists.
