Plastic wrap. Think how much of it we go thru and throw away. Time to ditch the plastic and use beeswax wraps! All natural, earth friendly, compostable. Will last a year if you take care of it. I've been making these and now offering them to you. Great for wrapping your cheeses, fruit, veggies, cover those leftovers up.

What do you do with your turkey bones? I throw mine into the crockpot for 2 days and make delicious broth. From the broth you can make more grazy, some soup, turkey pot pie . The list is endless

Lasagna was for dinner tonight! I made lasagna sheets used ground elk meat and bought from a local Italian grocer handmade mozzarella and handmade ricotta
Of course can't leave out a sprinkle or more of parmesan! It turned out yum yummmm good!

I've been eyeing these "whips" for a while now
Finally bought a package to sample and boy are they good. But anything with hatch green Chile has got to be good right? Not too hot but a little kick at the end. Look for these in some up coming grazing boxes!
