When Maddie reached out to us for her wedding, she was unsure of what she wanted to do for her reception pieces. She had these wood slabs that she wanted to incorporate, but besides that she trusted us to come up with something unique and different.

We loved how these turned out! All of her guests commented on the unique decor and were amazed at how a simple arrangement can make such a huge statement!

Thanks for trusting us Maddie, and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

Happy anniversary weekend Sabina-Elease and Phillip!

We made so many fun and unique floral pieces for these two and LOVED IT. The wedding party held floral hoops instead of traditional bouquets, and we focused on using green fro the groom’s side and deep purple for the bride’s side to match their attire.

We loved the color scheme and blending the deep purple, hints of blush and gold and dark greens all together. We were able to use unique textures to bring it all together, like the gold ruscus and pink troll grass 😍😍😍

Last, but not least, we loved the big, bold design of Sabina-Elease’s bouquet shape. She gave us creative freedom but wanted something unique and funky, and I think we delivered 💪🏻

Story time with Haley! How did I get started in floristry you ask? Well, no one actually asked but listen up kitty cats!

The year was 2016 and I had just left my first "big girl job" for another "big girl job" that just didn't end up being the right fit for me. I was feeling sad and didn't know where to go or what to do. I'd always loved designing, so I typed "design" into good old Craigslist (yes Craigslist - don't @ me) and stumbled across a "floral designer" posting.

Having no legitimate idea of what all that actually entailed, I applied, got a call for an interview, made an arrangement on the spot (talk about stressful!), and got the job!

Over the next 2 years I worked in the floral studio learning all about flowers and weddings and everything in between (shout out to Suki for all her wondrous knowledge and guidance) and the rest is (mostly) history!

This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes: "Sometimes when you're in a dark place, you think you've been buried, but actually you've been planted."

We started our year off in the best way possible - with a wedding!

We loved creating Ashley and Will’s floral arrangements for their intimate wedding at a family friend’s house. Ashley chose a pastel color scheme of peaches, yellows and blues and we are obsessed!

Hey hey hey! I’m Emma - 1/2 of Petal Thyme!

I split my time between Seattle and Phoenix, and love that I get to work in two of the best places ever! While I love the weather and greenery in the PNW, coming back to the desert always makes me happy and I appreciate the sun now (things I never thought I would say growing up in Arizona as a fair skinned, red head).

When I’m not hustling at Petal Thyme, I’m twerkin’ away at my other love - ! Did you know I was a photographer too?!

I know you all are used to seeing Haley’s face around here, so I thought it would be nice to officially introduce myself.

We are so exciting for the upcoming year -for all the couples we have on our calendar already, and for the excitement to see who else we get to work with!

Every wedding is so different than the others; we can't wait to see all the unique color palettes, flowers, and themes we get to be a part of.
