One of the greatest joys of cooking comes from the privilege to hand select our ingredients. To experience their texture, fragrance, and vibrant colors, and plan their journey to the plate. We love to cook food that celebrates itself, which is an easy pleasure here in the mountains, surrounded by so many amazing farms. However, with our seafood, we rely on the strong bonds we’ve formed with our not quite local vendors. From the Carolina coast, Charleston, and even Duxbury Massachusetts, we work with folks that we trust, who are as passionate about their work as we are, to deliver us their best and freshest product, as soon as it comes out of the water.
