From a dream to a downtown reality. ✨

We are so excited to announce that Silk and Slate is officially a permanent part of the Downtown Fairbury community! Huge thanks to everyone who played along with our guessing game this week! Especially those who spotted the clues!

We are so humbled and proud to share this beautiful new space with MBI Properties, LLC, MBI Construction LLC , and On The Bricks Lofts and Venue.

We are officially open for appointments only, but our door is always open for a friendly chat if you see us inside. We’ll even have the coffee ready for you! ☕️

Silk and Slate is officially entering a brand new era. We’ve hit a milestone that feels like a total "pinch-me" moment, and we want YOU to guess what it is!

🎓 Class of 2026 Custom Hand-Painted Graduation Banners!🎉

Celebrate your graduate/graduation with a personalized banner! We can match to any high school colors or future college. With that said- all colors and design elements are 100% customizable.

🎨 THE DETAILS
* Material- Painted on heavy-duty craft paper.
* Easy Hanging- Each banner comes with grommets in all four corners!
* Size- Standard size is 4 ft by 3 ft, but we can accommodate larger sizes if wanted!

Prices range from $15 to $45 depending on the design you choose

Graduation weekend will be here before we know it! **Please place your orders by May 1st** to guarantee they are ready in time for the celebrations.

📍PICKUP & DELIVERY
Free local pickup is available in downtown Fairbury. If you need it delivered, I can travel to drop it off for an additional fee.

We accept Venmo, Cash App, check, or cash (exact cash is preferred). We can also accept debit or credit cards, but please note there is a small processing fee associated with card payments.
