Hello March brides 😍 February was busy and with robe delays with covid, Christmas and Chinese New Year etc it has proven difficult but like any challenge we always push through and ensure everyone is recieving their items! Hopefully in 2023 itl be a fresh year for us after catching up from some awful postponements you guys have had to face! We are continuing around the clock and just another update post to say we are still here as always flying through March brides and then onto April… ❤️

2021 for us was EXTREMELY tough and we didn’t think we would come out the other side in terms of having no sleep and working all through the night to ensure all 2020 postponements to 2021 recieved their items, it meant we had 300 customers per month instead of our limit which is usually 100!
Aside from that we have been in wedding magazines and wedding awards etc so lots of positive things too 😃 we have been around 7-8 years and still very much here, we have had a lot of brides messaging asking if we are still here as they had been worried that we had been a bit quiet, we have always been here we have just been so so busy with making orders behind the scenes. I can’t begin to explain how difficult it’s been this past year I think many other wedding vendors and also brides/grooms would agree.
We are ensuring all January/February brides get their items within the next week or two then moving onto everything else 🙂 we will get there!! After the page being hacked back in 2020 we used to have 40,000 members then we had to start back from scratch but have recently grown from 0 back to 30,000 members which we are so so proud of.

AUGUST brides orders are in full swing, thank you again for your patience! The fact we have had lots of 2020 brides postponed to July and august this year has meant a hefty amount of orders for us to get through way way more than usual! We are barely sleeping and working all hours but getting through it and working behind the scenes to get all orders out ❤️ we are so SO grateful for your amazing reviews this past week and also the influx of customer photos coming in too you all look stunning! We will be posting the photos up over the next few weeks once august has past and we are back on track again to be able to re open the books, thank you from the whole team as always, no could have foreseen the fact we had our usual 80 orders per month limit that we set and the fact everyone that postponed postponed into august and July making it 200 brides in each month so lots to get through and thankfully October is back to normal and we can hopefully have a day off by then, we are so thankful to all customers being patient and kind during this difficult time 🙏😘
Just want to say a huge thank you for all of our brides/grooms to be for working with us and being patience whilst we create amazing wedding party gifts for all of your big days to come 😍 as always we are working tirelessly to ensure all upcoming brides orders are out as soon as possible, we are fully booked for June and July, we can’t wait to see all of your photos we have sent so so many orders over the last few months and there’s nothing better than being sent pictures of you all looking amazing in your robes etc 👰♀️ going through messages now as we have downed tools for today.
