Let’s dig into this! ✨

A wedding planner and a wedding coordinator have some things in common but a lot that they do not.

Typically, planners take on the role of managing the budget, finding and booking vendors, showing you design options within your budget and taking care of all of the research and ex*****on. They take on the wedding day to bring order and ease to it and to bring your dreams to life. This service is a huge undertaking but gives the bride and groom significantly less to do during their engagement season ✨ Their services are typically more expensive than a coordination package and are worth every single penny 🤍

Typically, Coordinators help guide you throughout your planning process but are not involved with booking vendors or managing your budget or designs. Some coordinators like myself provide vendor recommendations, planning timelines and limited consultations to use during the planning process to ask any and all questions. They execute your plans and bring your wedding day order and handle any issues that arise on wedding day. They typically are more affordable than a full service planning package and are worth every dime. 💕

BOTH want you to have an amazing engagement season, BOTH are here to help you bring your wedding dreams to life and BOTH are there for the rehearsal and wedding day to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. 🫶🏻

Let me help you ✨

You did it, you’ve gotten the proposal, the most gorgeous ring and you’re ready to plan your wedding day!!!

But what do you do first?!

My top 3 things would be:

1. Relax, enjoy this season because you only get this time for a little while. Seriously, it’s gonna fly by 💕

2. Set your budget!!! Setting and agreeing upon a budget for your wedding day is such an important step to take BEFORE you go out and start mad booking vendors 🤩

3. Pick your ideal time of year/season and nail down a few dates that are a possibility for you guys. Then check the availability of your dream venue and go from there. Or if you have a stellar vendor that you know is a must-have at your wedding, reach out to them with your potential dates! Otherwise choose your venue first, then go from there!!

Like where these tips came from?! Book your coordinator early on! Some coordinators stand out above the rest because they can provide you with materials that will aid you in the planning process, not just the day of!

With me- you get more bang for your buck the sooner you book! 🤩

Oh. My. Gosh. What a dreamy day this was!!! Hayden & Jordan we’re the most perfect bride and groom. Their love radiated through the entire room ✨🤍

It was such a pleasure getting to work for them prepping and planning this special day and then bringing it all to fruition on 8/28/21.

The venue was gorgeous, the photos are so dreamy, the wedding party was so fun and the night couldn’t have been more perfect 😍
