Voidrealm presents deep techno maestro; NESS (The Gods Planet) for the first time in Kuala Lumpur.

A dj and producer born and raised in Sardinia, acknowledged for his style over a decade of music with a background in sound engineering and many years of research and fine-tuning. He gradually developed a distinct technique with a strong focus on atmosphere combined with hypnotic rhythms.

Having performed in some of the most relevant clubs and festivals around the globe, he steadily releases music and collaborates with several renowned techno labels within the scene. With experience as label manager through the years with partnership on Mono Records and The Gods Planet, he later established his spin off project label Ness Reworks in 2018. Ness music and dj set are well accepted and defined as an exploration of wide range of deep hypnotic techno and ambient soundscapes.

SUBSTANCE and MODULUS presents Öspiel (SNTS/Mama Told Ya/BRVTAL) at Pisco KL this 22nd July.

Öspiel (aka Joo-Hoon Ha) is an electronic music producer and DJ and the co-manager of the cinematic techno label Demian. He is known for his impactful and sound-design-rich music. His aesthetic is defined by a combination of industrial grooves and textured soundscapes, lending a captivating touch of elegance and poetry to his conceptual productions.

In this same vision, his razorsharp performances weave a frenetic sonic tale as tracks follow each other in perfect timing and energy. Thus, it is not a surprise to see him featured on labels as famous as SNTS' Sacred Court, Schwefelgelb's n-PLEX, Anetha's Mama told ya or most recently Scalameriya’s Void+1.

Exos (Planet X / Figure, IS)

Exos is one of the most experienced techno artists from Iceland since the mid-nineties. Exos has been releasing more than twenty vinyl records and four albums through the years. His debut appeared at age 17 with his first EP Thule records, an Icelandic dub techno label, known for its rare signature minimal sound. His third album, 'My Home is Sonic', was reissued in 2015 by Dutch mainstay Delsin records. Its lauded as a classic of modern dub techno and was voted the album of the year 2001 by "mbl.is", one of most prominent newspaper source in Iceland.

Surging back to the forefront starting in 2013 based on critical reevaluation of his catalog, he used this as a fulcrum to renew his already-storied career with new material and reissues of lost classics on Nina Kraviz трип records. In the beginning in of 2017, he opened the X/OZ label. His versatility of style and sensitivity both in the studio and onstage are key to his enduring appeal. Teaming up with Lens Faki Figure Records this year and opening his new imprint Planet X for harder versions of Exos.
