Jive is the DJ project of 26yr old Jai Royall. Spawning in 2017 the project was activated as a tool to research and further understand the symbiosis between organic yet unearthly sonic textures and deep rhythmic structures.

Jive has supported artists such as Ektomorph, Farebi Jalebi, Acousma, Legacy, Quadrant + many more. Always a fresh set of tunes coming from Jive with high focus on generating a new story with every set, always pushing to find that fresh tuna.

Jive is also the co-founder and event organiser/manager for Swampy Conscience in QLD.

The word automata (the plural of automaton) comes from the Greek word αὐτόματος, which means "self-acting, self-willed, self-moving"

The will to create and shape frequencies into reflections of self and the world around is what drives the sonic sequences of AutomatA. Expect to hear outlays of pure unfiltered conscious dribble and deep emotive motif’s to accompany the hammering heartbeat of the machine. ��

In 1992, A mysterious frequency was discovered by astrological groups around the globe with no known discernible origin or purpose, further investigation showed its presence throughout the Galaxy with groups claiming its existence stretched further still beyond the walls of humanities perception. Vigorous and secretive investigations ensued but it was not until 2013 that new revelations came to the surface and so the Quadrapuss was finally discovered.

A mass of te****les residing deep within the cosmos its organic squishy mass responsible for the ethereal frequencies beginning to invade the minds of the world.

As the years passed there began to form fanatic groups, possessed by the frequencies they would charge through the night moving to the strange unearthly sounds, across the world the cult of the te****le began to spread.

Though we have learned slowly of what its presence represents there are still leaps and bounds for us to traverse and we ask you to join us on this journey through the stars to find a way to explain the unexplainable and possible fathom the creature that is The Quadrapuss. Through understanding the cosmic te****le we can traverse space and time blazing bright across the universe.

Spyrax encompasses the audible tales of Henry Eden.

This project brings together the arts of organic, dark and sci-fi psychedelia together; with hypnotic sound design and rolling basslines. The Spyrax sound is a mix of bush progressive & dark progressive, evoked by a plethora of top tier production.

The idea behind the project comes from a deep love for sci-fi as well as the bush; rooting from evolving amongst nature. Henry's set's are described as dark, groovy, wild & playful; a Spyrax set is known to leave you wanting more.

Spyrax has music released with Dense Nebula Records and has supported acts such as Freedom Fighters, Sumiruna, Ambler, Modus, Farebi Jalebi, Unseen Dimensions and AudioSpazm to name a few.

Mysterion is the name given to the tradition of seeking what is beyond. Defined as that which awaits disclosure or interpretation, this concept brings us to the very essence of what mystery is.

This is the inspiration for this project created by Gaston Mellino . After many years of a deep sonic exploration as Will O’ Wisp, Mysterion appeared as an organic mutation directed towards slower tempos. Bringing profound sonic potions and rolling basslines designed to unlock secrets and engimas this project will be packed with infectious grooves, deeper atmospheres, and fresh energetic moments. Mysterion comes to bring balance, power and beauty to both home listeners and dancers.

Big shout out to all the producers and DJ’s for sharing their music, the LiquidCrew for keeping us safe and informed as well as lighting up the night with psychedelic body painting, the venue and stellar staff for taking such good care of everyone and keeping the drinks flowing , to Loréne Chevailer for capturing all the moments so beautifully and a huge thank you to all of the beautiful people who came out to dance.

Unfortunately, there was just not enough time to bring together all the funds needed to give you all the Asteria Gathering you deserve! So to be able to provide you with the most magical experience we are able, we have decided to postpone.

We are very close to locking in new dates for early 2024 and will announce that soon.

For those of you needing some Asteria love, we have something huge planned for October 7th and will be posting that event next week! 🐸

Progressive OutRun

Rodrigo is a Brazilian electronic music enthusiast, inspired by European Psytrance and experimental genres such as Retrowave, he decided to create Progressive OutRun, aiming to bring to the dance floor the best tunes he experienced during his 5 years of doofing and researching music around Brazil and Australia.
From offbeat, rolling basslines to deep melodic and atmospherical breaks, Progressive OutRun plays a variety of prog trance tunes, usually bringing an uplifting vibe, but also being versatile to the dance floor moment, adapting to the other artists on the lineup and his set time.
