We were inspired by the meadows and natural landscape and brought together an intimate ceremony by the river with these beautiful floods of GA wildflowers and grasses.

Heirloom Homecoming: The Table
“My favorite part of this shoot was the intentional choice to celebrate what makes the south special. Coming home was the feeling and being able to share a table with memories and familiar sights and scents, created such a beautiful experience. It felt fresh and new, but also so nostalgic and lived. I loved using local blooms and foliage for our designs and honestly my favorite part was the chartreuse candles and the strung tomato’s!” Michaela

Unexpected and Intentional. We designed within a small palette of white and green for the ceremony, and keeping in that palette we relied heavily on textures and unexpected placement to really elevate the design. We were so happy with how it came together in such an intentional way. On the tables we used a pop of red to bring a statement moment to the designs. It was just what the tables needed!

A dream of a table! With textures and tone on tone elements it created such a dynamic table that still felt effortless and light. Our goal was to let the drapery, sand and candles shine and bring in florals and vessels that complement. And I’m so happy with how this turned out!

Here’s a little idea list for you and ways we may be unwinding this weekend or for our wedding vendor friends who have a busy weekend- here is a list for Monday! 😂

1. Plant an herb garden
2. Make a new mock tail/ cocktail- maybe lemon and mint?
3. Cut some flowers and make a flower arrangement for your table
4. Cook dinner and use your nice dishes
5. Take some time and draw or paint, watercolor whatever!
6. Make a picnic and lay in the sun!
7. Take time to journal about your week.

A European inspired day in the beauty of the North Georgia mountains. With the right team anything is possible! You can have the Italian summer wedding of your dreams!!

We embraced a lush and flowing aesthetic but minimized our color choices to create this stunning palette. Textures and subtle contrast kept it interesting and carried your eye down this beautiful table. I’m thankful for our creative friends who worked on this with us!

How I look at all our plant Babies 😂😂🪴🪴 We can’t seem to keep a Pilea in the shop! They are one of our favorite ones and you guys have been loving them too!
