for the longest time Danyal would reply to my stories reminding me that she can’t wait to graduate so I can be her photographer. Many people have told me similar things, but I really couldn’t count the number of times she reminded me, and it made me really happy every single time! It was very affirming knowing someone out there loves my work, and at the same time it told me what kind of person she is - Danyal is committed, determined, has a strong sense of purpose, and a burning desire to fulfill her dreams. Danyal habibti, congrats on graduating, I am really happy to call you my friend! 🤍🧕🏻🎓
