It’s dinner party seasonnn (all year round)! We’ve been booked and busy with in-home private dinners and we are so thankful to have such a full calendar! We love coming to cook for you so you and your friends and family can celebrate, sit back and relax, and enjoy each other’s company. We’re still getting the best goodies from which makes it all that much better! Pictured here is their kabocha squash, roasted with smoked vegetable broth, seed and nut granola, shaved gouda & dill that we made for .in.alb & and their family tonight! Every single dinner we host feels more special than the last, and we couldn’t be more thankful for all of YOU who make it feel that way. Edible Uprising is such a special place to us, because the people behind it are pure salt of the earth. Having the opportunity to host this luscious harvest dinner for the second year in a row makes our hearts swell with pure joy and gratitude; these sweet evenings are pure magic every second, and if you were there, you know.

It takes a village to make these events successful. Our team is small but MIGHTY and our friends, family, and loved ones are so supportive, encouraging and helpful. The table of special guests gets longer and longer every time, this being our largest dinner yet! Each time we stand to address the table and thank you all for coming, our breaths are taken away for a moment knowing that this dream has grown and grown and given us so many memories and humbled us greatly.

Thank you for grabbing your friends and making them our friends. Thank you for sharing these evenings with us. Thank you for supporting small, local friends and farmers. We had such an amazing time this past weekend, and we hope you did, too.

We’ve certainly lost count of the amount of peaches and tomatoes we’ve had our hands on this summer! For every one we’ve dressed up in a dish for you, we’ve made sure to keep one for ourselves, you know, quality control. We’re so lucky to work with so many great farms in the Hudson Valley and Capital District, keeping our menus super fresh and vibrant. If by chance you haven’t had a peach or a tomato or something from a farm yet this season, we recommend you add it to your to do list for this week! 🍅🍑🍒🫛🥒

HARVEST IS HERE! We’re heading back to on 9/14 & 9/15 for our 2nd Annual Harvest Dinner and we cannot contain our excitement! All season long we have worked with Ben, Alicia and their team to bring the freshest, most beautiful produce to each of our events, giving vibrancy, flavor and joy to each bite of every item on our menus. The first wedding of the summer was beautiful and magical and so much fun! We spent Saturday at the lovely home of the groom’s family, preparing hors d’oeurves, dinner, drinks, and dessert for Jes & Chris and their incredible families!
