WELCOME!

I'm Cassandra and I make Gourmet Grazing Boxes!

I've been blessed to be able to spend the last two years at home growing our young family and even though my two little ones ( two and 4 months) keep me quite busy each day... I felt like it was time I dipped my toes back into the 'workforce water' and that's how 'Mingle and Munch' was created!

Having spent the better part of 20 years working in the hospitality industry (8 of those, catering in particular) I've gained a great level of experience and knowledge in catering and decided to use that knowledge to produce these delectable boxes for you to devour and enjoy.

Earlier this year we moved to the beautiful Redland Bay Area (originally from Melbourne myself) I was blown away by the abundance and accessibility of top quality, locally grown produce. The most beautiful local farmers markets and I've never felt such a strong sense of 'community'.

So, If you're enjoying an intimate evening at home with friends, a BBQ at the park or a fabulous engagement party to plan, allow me to relieve the pressure and ease your burden of gathering and assembling all the little 'fiddly bits', which can be quite time consuming. With my knowledge and accessibility of fresh, high quality produce and ingredients, I will create the most delectable Mingle and Munch box for you and your guests to enjoy, and I'll deliver it right to your door!

I look forward to getting in touch with all that the local community has to offer... As well as sharing my passion for catering. I hope you will enjoy my fresh and fabulous 'Munchie' option at your next 'Mingle!' 🥳
