Wedding Day Logistics Assistant (Seasonal/Part-Time)

BON TEMPS Events is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Wedding Day Logistics Assistant to join our team for our busy fall/winter wedding season from September through December. This is an opportunity to gain invaluable experience and potential for growth within our company.

Requirements:
* Prior experience assisting with weddings or events is a plus
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve
* Flexible availability, including most weekends March through May in the Spring and September through December in the Fall.

The Right Fit:
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a foot in the door of the wedding industry and wants to be a part of a fun team. The ideal person is cheery and personal and loves all things weddings, timelines, and logistics.

While starting as a logistics assistant for 4 months, you'll have the opportunity to learn from our experienced coordinators. Those who demonstrate outstanding performance may be considered for a lead coordinator role after the initial 4-6 month period.
Reliable transportation is required.

Each photographer and videographer pro take different time frames to capture details. Some 30 mins, some an hour.

Be sure to be courteous and ask your media team what time they need so your timeline can fall in line with that.

When they do the details, go to the bathroom, touch up makeup, grab another bite to eat, or just sit and soak in the moments before you get in your dress!
