🤔💐🥰Already received or given your flowers? Make sure to:

-Use a pair of garden shears or kitchen knives to cut the bottom 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) off of each rose stem at an angle.✂️
-Snip off any leaves or flower parts that will fall below the lip of the vase. The only things that should be inside the vase are the rose stems and water.🍂
-Place the roses in a vase of cold water. For optimal rose life, change the water every other day.❄️
-Set the vase of roses out of direct sunlight and away from heating vents or radiators. Roses will wilt and die very quickly if they are subject to any heat.🌥

How to buy flowers?💐

1. Determine the feeling you want to express to the receiver.💓
2. Inspect if the rose bouquet you are buying is fresh especially if that is already pre-arranged. Each petal on the rose should be vibrant in color and free from wilting or brown edges, if or both of which indicate that the roses are older and may have a shorter lifespan.🧐
3. Stop buying any roses that are still tightly wrapped as these flowers may never open fully.🚫
5. Reject roses if are fully opened. If a rose has fully blossomed, it has already reached the peak of its life and will not last as long as others might. The ideal time to purchase roses should be when the flowers are slightly opened.🕓
6. Ask the florist when they received the rose shipment. Having the knowledge of when the flowers arrived could really help you determine how old they are and how long they have to live.❓🤔❓

💦🌹Planting Roses? Here are some of the things you need to do while watering them:

1. The best way to water a rose is as close to the base. When the water starts flowing from the base, stops for a while and the soil soaks it in, and then continues.

2. Never water the flower or even the foliage. When you do this, roses could encourage disease problems especially if it remains on their leaves overnight.

3. Softer sprays are recommended to use while watering them. If you are using a hose, try to buy or get something that has a rose-fitting setting in it. If you couldn't find one, make sure that the pressure is not too high while watering using a hose.
