A note from our fabulous founder, Tre:

A goal I made for myself in 2024 is to find balance. I have always been the person to juggle more than I probably should. It is how I thrive, but it is also how I burn myself out. Ending 2023, I felt so accomplished with how successful Divas was becoming, yet so exhausted from how much I was pushing myself. For those who do not know, I am a FT stay-at-home mom. Being a FT mom and a FT business owner is not for the faint hearted. However, I wouldn’t have changed these past 2.5 years of having my son home with me for anything.

I am so grateful for all my past and present clients who have been so understanding when he is in the background of our calls, in my voice memos (iykyk), or makes a guest appearance on a video meeting. For all the parents out there who are balancing having their kid(s) home while trying to work and be productive, you totally understand the everyday joys and struggles.

Tuesdays-Thursdays - I will be answering emails, preparing for our upcoming events, taking client calls, having internal meetings, and doing the occasional in-person venue visits. Any meetings that are outside of these time windows will be at my discretion.

Friday & Saturdays - I will be working events, alongside my team, so I am most reachable by text but may be delayed in responding.

Please know that the number listed for Divas is my personal cell. You can still reach me during off hours, however, I kindly ask that you try to be courteous of my downtime.

This hasn’t been easy for me as I love my clients like family, but I need to learn what boundaries are best for me and implement them accordingly.
