Another please be kind and keep in mind reminder Rihanna said it best... Work... work... work... Work... work... work... Sometimes it feels like 100 miles when you’re carrying a heavy backdrop... down a dock or up the stairs Please keep in mind the delivery and/or breakdown fee that your vendor charges is not just for the actual transportation of the items or returning to your location to break down, pick up and reload the items... It’s for this as well: -Miles (gas is expensive) -Time (yes we have to pay our staff the driving time. Imagine if there’s traffic) -Tolls (my Tri-state vendors understand) -Sometimes we have no choice but to park far away from the setup location (don’t get me started on parks, beaches, yacht docks) -Parking fees -Going through loading docks are not easy (hotels and luxury apartments have a lot of restrictions that we have to overcome (we can’t go through the fun spinning doors) -We are carrying very heavy items -After breaking down and reloading vehicles, we have to unload and restock the heavy items #eventrentalsnyc #eventrentalsNJ #AstoriaEvents
