Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, comprehensive understanding of colour, have a full G license and have a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements while providing exceptional customer service. Previous Wedding and Event work a plus.

Duties:
- Design and create various floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their occasions
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral design area
- Handle online orders and inquiries for e-commerce sales
- Utilize excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide assistance with cashiering duties as needed
- Promote and sell additional products such as vases or gift items

Experience:
- Previous experience in floral design or working in a garden center is a must
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in cashiering tasks and POS systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
