Get to know our DOUGH: Our dough is crafted by hand using high-quality, non-GMO, Italian pizza flour. It consists of just four ingredients: flour, water, yeast, and salt. A lengthy fermentation process at room temperature creates a slightly tangy, flavorful dough that is gentle on the stomach. We stretch it by hand in the traditional Neapolitan style and bake it in our specially designed ovens, which cook pizzas in just 60 to 90 seconds.

We are open Mondays and Fridays 11a-8p in (trailer is across from Taco Nation)

The wait is finally over! The American Gothic Pizza OKC food trailer is opening in The Wheeler District on Friday, January 24th, 11a-8p. The trailer will be located across from Taco Nation.

We will be adding additional days in the coming weeks!
