January has been one hell of a month. We kicked off 2025 with Norovirus, and have been sick for what seems like the whole month. We now have the flu. It’s hit our whole household and is not fun.

Thank you to all our couples who have been so flexible shifting things around this week. I will be taking the rest of the week to help the kids, rest and try to get over the flu.

Please note response times may be slower than usual. Thank you all for your understanding.

When the bridal party asks for your help icing the couple you have to do it. This was SO fun and the bridal party even customized each bottle with images of Drew & Alex.

The bridal party had come to talk to us pre ceremony and we talked about when it would be best to do the ice, and where we should do it so the bridal party could be involved without all the guests.

We ended up doing it right before their grand entrance into the wedding. The entrance was just the couple so we went around during cocktail hour and told all the bridal party the plan and told them to stay outside instead of entering with the other guests. After the ice they headed inside so we could do the grand entrance!

Being part of these small moments is one of our favorite things! We are always down to help and brainstorm.

We are beyond excited to announce that we are a preferred vendor at located in Barco! This venue is just so stunning and has the best water views. Additionally, bridal party or family/guests can stay on the property! It fits up to 18 people making it the perfect spot for a full weekend of celebrating.

This year for giving Tuesday, we are choosing to donate to The Epilepsy Foundation in honor of our girl 💜

They are a great resource, support system, and do constant research and out reach for epilepsy. They do so much for epilepsy family and have played a huge role for us in Somer’s journey.

Somer has been seizure free since February 7th and had no more epilepsy markers on her latest EEG. Thanks to CHOP and CHKD, we were able to nail down exactly what she has and help her. She has been off medication since October 15!

We are so lucky that she is doing so well, but unfortunately it’s not like that for a lot of families. Which is why supporting The Epilepsy Foundation is so important.

Just like we know champagne isn’t for everyone, we know set wedding planning packages aren’t for every wedding.

This year, we’ve noticed an increasing demand for customized packages for 2024 and 2025 weddings, with couples requesting add-ons or modifications to better suit their specific needs.

While we have our traditional packages that works so well for so many couples, it is SUPER important to note that every single wedding that comes through our inbox is looked at overall as to what the couple needs NOT what our standard planning packages are. Every couple is distinct, and their planning package should reflect that.

As the wedding industry evolves, so too do the needs of couples. We’re here to embrace that change and create tailored experiences for each celebration.

I’ve known Jada since high school. We ended up going to college together, a few years a part, but I was lucky enough to have in a few parts of my college life.

We were on Longwood’s dance team, Blue Heat, together and we were ZTAs together! When she reached out about planning her wedding I was so honored and excited.

When Somer was going through her epilepsy journey and we didn’t know what the future looked like, I started to transition 2024 weddings to other leads. Jada ended up working with Sara and I couldn’t imagine a more perfect fit! If it wasn’t me, I knew Sara and her would get along so well.

I am sad I missed this special day but I am soooo happy with how it all turned out! It was stunning, full of love, and just amazing.

I am so glad to have brides who trust my team and my team who goes about and beyond!

In the midst of a very busy October wedding season, it’s important to also not forget October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

It’s been almost two years and I think about Victoria constantly. I was lucky enough to meet her in college, and reconnect with her after she got engaged. She was the most stunning dancer, constantly smiling, having fun, living life to the absolute fullest.

Her diagnosis was shocking, she’s was so young. How out of all people does Victoria have breast cancer. Even throughout all of this she was still positive, still living life to the fullest. We had so much fun working to plan her dream wedding from venue to gown, I’ll never forget those moments. I will always keep our last conversation close to my heart, although short, it was perfect.

I still can’t believe she is not here and we never got to see her wedding vision come to life. In her honor, for the month of October we will be donating 10% of every package to the Young Survivor Coalition, a charity that her family was kind enough to recommend. It’s right up her alley of what she would want!

Meet Rachel, she received her design certification from the New York Institute of Art + Design. She is a shining star and is bringing her love of weddings and passion for design to our team.

She loves nothing more than taking a simple idea and transforming it into something extraordinary. Rachel thrives on experimenting with colors, textures, and out-of-the-box ideas, always pushing the boundaries to create something uniquely beautiful.

These package will include:
