Meet Rachel, she received her design certification from the New York Institute of Art + Design. She is a shining star and is bringing her love of weddings and passion for design to our team.
She loves nothing more than taking a simple idea and transforming it into something extraordinary. Rachel thrives on experimenting with colors, textures, and out-of-the-box ideas, always pushing the boundaries to create something uniquely beautiful.
These package will include:
⭐️ Mood Board Package: a comprehensive overall wedding mood board that designs every aspect of your wedding day including where to rent or order the items to ensure your day matches your mood board perfectly.
⭐️ Full Design Package: this includes the design board, attending and guiding design meetings with vendors, layouts, day of designer on site, design of every single wedding aspect and ensuring day of the vision is executed to its fullest potential.

I’m Kara, Owner & Lead Planner of KM. I’ve been in the wedding industry since 2014. I’ve been celebrating 10 years in the industry all year long and can’t wait to show you all what else we have cooked up. This day was beyond special. I’ve known Michelle since I was 16 years old. Her daughter Katie and I met through our boyfriends at the time and became instant best friends.
Michelle was like a second mom to me. I have so many amazing memories with her and Katie. It was a beautiful day and I am honored to have played a role in it.
Every moment of your wedding day should be cherished, right down to the scent you wear.
After that day, every time you smell that specific perfume or cologne it will transport you right back to that moment in time.
No Sunday scaries over here because I am back from Europe and ready to get back to it. We had an incredible time! It’s bitter sweet to be back to reality.

With owning a business comes growth and reassessments when we feel like it is needed. Based on feedback, research, and looking at how we can best be there for our couples we have added some NEW amazing inclusions to our Event Management package.
We are SO excited to share them with you!
⭐️Basic email support throughout the wedding planning process.
⭐️Access to preferred vendor list, 12-month to-do list, and more.
⭐️12-month check-in along with the 9-month and 6-month check-ins, so that four months out we are well in the know and able to jump right in feet first.
⭐️Four face-to-face or Zoom meetings up to two hours, during the four months of working with KM. One of these can be after booking, a deeper consult if wanted.
⭐️Planner to serve as vendor liaison on behalf of the couple 4 months out from the wedding.

2024 marks my 10th year…. ⭐️10 YEARS⭐️ in the wedding world. I can’t believe it. One - time flies way too fast. I was 21 when I started.
I’ve learned so much in my 10 years and yet continue to learn each day. I branched out in 2018 to start my own company. Since then, we’ve grown to 5 leads, over 100 weddings and and endless venues.
I couldn’t be more proud of our team and what we’ve been able to create. We truly are turning wedding dreams into reality.

The last year was incredible for our team and I am proud of all of my girls. Our Associate Planners go above and beyond for each wedding. But this year even more so by stepping up and taking on so many of my weddings.
I can’t thank my team enough for managing everything so I could focus on Somer. We hit our 2023 wedding goal and my heart just can’t believe it. Since 2020, KM has managed over 100 weddings. When you think about that it’s mind blowing for our small company.

This was one of the sweetest weddings I have gotten to be a part of. In Kelley’s vows she said “I’ve waited 46 years for you and would wait that time all over again to get you.” My heart melted. Love knows no age and can happen at the most unexpected times. This wedding was also one I got to keep a secret surprise from both bride and groom. These two are a match made in heaven, they both decided to surprise each other with a song. The bride lived in Nashville to pursue music, so she surprised him with a song. The groom asked the bride’s brother to sing a song from him dedicated to the bride. And let me tell you, they could SING! Wedding planning is not the norm 9-5 job. While we have “office hours” for emails, our schedules truly form around our couples! Majority of our couples have the 9-5 style job, so that means we’re meeting when it works for them either virtual or in person. This means every day is different and we love that about this career! New venue on the block! Introducing Seven Sounds Brewing Company. A brewery that specifically built a wedding/event venue in it! Their wedding venue is the entire second floor, totaling over 4,000 square feet. ⭐️ Can hold 280 guests! They provide all the tables and black chiavari chairs for up to 200 guests, and both a set in place bar and a moveable bar. Making it easy to have two bar locations on your wedding day. ⭐️ Bars for weddings have 4 taps and you can choose those beers! They also can bring wine in. ⭐️ Cocktail hour can be on the second level outside patio making for the most incredible views! ⭐️ Entire day rental! 9am to 11pm. They even have a suite where you can get dressed or store any decor you have. ⭐️ Waterfront location. This location is PRIME! Couples can even do a boat exit. Y’all... we officially have booked more weddings for 2022 than we had in 2021 🎉 I seriously can’t believe it. This time last year, we had 7 weddings booked and ended up with 13 total. As of today we have 14 total for next year so far. SO FAR! Meaning we know more will come in. 2022 is shaping up to be an incredible year.
