We're thrilled to have Holly Hoffman at COE 2024! Holly is the owner of the Sales Tax Advisory Network, chairs the WI Institute of CPAs Taxation Committee, and serves on the Board of Directors for NE WI National Association of Remodeling Industry. She has a bachelor's and master’s degree in accounting. Prior to founding her consulting company in 2019, she managed the Wisconsin Department of Revenue’s Speaker’s Bureau and was also an auditor, speaker, and sales tax technical law expert.

Her session, Campground Purchases From Out of State Vendors, will give you an overview of sales & use tax liability for purchases from vendors in other states. You'll learn what to do if those out-of-state vendors charge you their state's tax rate, or if they don't charge tax. Also learn what to do if you're in another state making purchases for your campground.
