I am so grateful to be apart of such a special experience! I went to my first Earth Frequency Festival 7 years ago and the amount of beautiful memories and friends I have made over the years are something I cherish dearly. To have a hand in providing something to this weekend is an honour. The music, the vibe, the love makes this event something different… looking forward to seeing you all soon! X

Christian Kerr, one of the co-founders of OUTRA is a DJ who breathes his love and passion for music into every performance. His sets are a tapestry of tech, prog, techno and minimal, intricately woven and infused with percussive tribal elements and ethnic soundscapes.

A mainstay in the Brisbane scene, he has been and continues to be heavily involved in the underground music community as both an artist and event organiser, previously involved in iconic Brisbane brands MELT, Open Sundays and Dragonfruit. 2023 saw the launch of OUTRA a new house and techno brand of which Christian is a co-founder.

Christian has performed at prestigious events and festivals such as Earth Frequency, Elements, Pure, Lemon & Lime, LGM and S.A.S.H.

He has played alongside international artists Tim Engelhardt, Tim Green, Gorge, Rossko, Yokoo, Dousk, Hector, Pawsa, Kink, Atish, Space 92, Stefano Noferini and Joseph Capriati to name a few.

I wrote these 3 tracks about 8-9 years ago when the Brisbane club, Barsoma, was still going strong. The style of these tracks is my take on the summation of the chilled deep house vibes that were pushed at Barsoma. I decided to finally finish these tracks and self release them on Bandcamp. Heaps more self released music to come this year! This is the beginning of a throw back to release all the music that's been sitting on my computer for far too long. 😏 Stay tuned!
