October ! Probably one of my favourite months . A reflective time of the many blessings we have. Pastor appreciation also happens in October. We have been so blessed over the years with wonderful Pastor’s. Pastors who not only ” helped us grow” but have become wonderful friends .
There spouses and family became our family.
Thank you to all the Pastor’s who have invested into others lives. Praying you will have a incredible month and fantastic year.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our local Barrhead shops . The furniture for our retreat centre was purchased from “ Comfort Corner”! They were great to work with and we love the quality of the beds . The amazing flooring was purchased from “ Leons” in Barrhead as well . The staff was over the top with assisting us and helping us with our choice . The herring bone pattern ( placed by my hubby ) makes it so fun to spend time in the sewing centre . Lots of inspiration all over my favourite room .

I was wondering if any one has sewn a “ Quilt of Valour”I am very interested in making one ( possibly two) for some special people who have served . Since the fabrics are more readily found now I would start collecting for next year. Any ideas and photos would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Let us always remember those that served for our Freedom . Not only those that are no longer with us but those who still actively serve . It’s hard to comprehend the sacrifices made by those that fought for our freedom as well as the sacrifices made by their family’s .
We shall always be grateful, we shall always remember.
