I started Boerne Balloon Bar in 2021 with an idea and a goal. My idea: help bring joy to the community by being a small part of your events and special moments. My goal: step away from the corporate marketing world when the time was right to be able to be a Stay At Home Mom with a fun side gig. Sometimes, God laughs when we make plans.
Little did I know that I would be blessed with twins and my life would take the best (and biggest) turn possible. In late 2022, we welcomed our babies into the world. The first year was hard. So hard. I wanted to keep BBB alive but knew that an extended maternity leave would be necessary. Well... almost two years later, l've concluded that the Boerne Balloon Bar chapter has come to an end. This decision hasn't been easy for me but I know it's time.
I love being a twin mom and am grateful to be able to be a full time SAHM thanks to my amazing husband. I'm working to create a community online for other new twin families and feel that any extra energy (which is rare to have) needs to be invested there. Follow along, twin mom or not, to stay connected.
