🍻 SOUTHSEA FOOD FESTIVAL 2024 💃🎉

Firstly I'd like so say a big thank you to the team I am lucky enough to have behind me for these big events ❤️ A really fun weekend, doing much than just serving drinks, but throwing a party 💃

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by and for putting on yet again another fantastic event 👏

Also a big thank you to George & his team at for providing a hungry & slightly tipsy bunch of bar staff their top-quality pizzas 👌
We loved each individual pizza and gave us some much needed energy to pack down! 😂

We're super grateful to be able to showcase our festival-vibe service to the people of Portsmouth & visitors of the city, for a third year in a row.
Espresso Martini's were flying out of the horsebox! REMEMBER: We use freshly made Portuguese espresso and shake up all ingredients fresh 😎🍹

We will be back BIGGER and BETTER for next year's and hope to see you again 🎉

What another fantastic weekend, serving up a fantastic crowd💃We loved the energy you guys brought to this event ⚡

Passionfruit was definitely the theme of this year's event! - our Double Vodka Passionfruit Soda was an absolute hit & so was our Passionfruit Poncha. Thanks for all of your lovely, positive feedback.

The Drunken Barman's Standard Menu is based on drinks from the Madeira Islands & Portugal 🇵🇹 (heritage), Thailand 🇹🇭 and South Africa 🇿🇦.
All three countries I have been so fortunate to spend time in enjoying these drinks as authentically as it comes. While at the same time pursuing my interests & passion in learning how to make them so that I can share them here in the UK with all of you 🎉

All of the drinks on the menu are personal favourites of mine and I'm passionate about selling them. I wouldn't include any drinks on here that I would not enjoy drinking myself.

Our first ever one and extremely happy that our Spiced Mulled Wine & Mulled Cider went down so well that we sold out! Great crowd, plenty of various stalls to cater to everybody.

Honey rum liqueur, topped with fresh whipped cream and a dark sugar-cane honey on top.

Such a surprisingly, delightful combination… it's the fun & unique drinks like this that I want to keep bringing to our menus for all of us to try.
If it doesn't work, we move on. No bother to us, we like to keep it fresh with the ideas here.

Shoutout to my boy .a.ponte for taking us to this traditional sugarcane rum distillery.
The Porto da Cruz mill is one of three old mills in operation in Madeira. Built in 1927, as a result of the merger of some of the approximately fifty existing on the island at the time, it still uses machines from that time today, being the only one in Europe to use steam as a driving force.

Angus' Special: Cucumber Daiquiri 🥒

Cheers for suggesting & teaching me this incredibly smooth Cucumber Daiquiri.

Peeling, blending & straining fresh cucumbers to be made into a cucumber sugar syrup is the perfect touch and what makes it so fresh.

Plenty have sold and feedback has been really good 🙌 - so if you're feeling slightly adventurous next time you're up at the bar, give it a go and be sure to let us know what you think of it 👌
