It’s been a wild, stressful, complicated, difficult, and overwhelming process. I’ve had ups and downs, often more downs than ups. I’ve been rejected but so happy I didn’t give up! I’ve gone in circles from city office to city office but it’s finally all coming together. All of this Doesn’t make 100% sense to me but I am one step closer to my goals 🤘🏽

Soon I will begin operating out of the 4th Street Incubator Kitchens in Santa Ana and this will open up so many more doors for the future of

🍤 We’ll be having our Mexican/Cajun Seafood Boil fusion mashup or whatever you wanna call it menu. Lol. We will also have plates of white rice if you don’t want the loaded fries. Sounds and looks crazy but it works. Seafood boil you enjoy with a fork not your hands! 🍤
