It’s Monday which means it’s Summer Vinyasa day! Class starts at 5:30 this month since there’s no Barre after in June— it’s been moved to Wednesdays at 5:30 ☀️

She’s back!!

Wendy is back from vacation, which means Sunset Vinyasa is as well! Join us every Monday from 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm, starting tonight!

For those who don’t know, Vinyasa is a style of yoga that that links breath with movement to create a moving meditation. Vinyasa, meaning “to place in a special way,” guides us through a seamless sequence of poses, each transition connected to the breath. In this class, we’ll build strength, flexibility, and inner calm under as we welcome the evening sky. All levels welcome.

Four years ago today we got the keys to The Maco Theater, and boy what a journey it has been ever since! We are incredibly grateful to our friends and family who have helped us with countless hours of labor, and especially to our local community for the support and love keeping this place that we love alive.

For anyone who doesn’t know, in the theater, we now host weekly yoga, pilates, barre and strength classes. We host specialty events like our holiday community party & our paint and meditation classes. And we also rent the theater to private parties like the many proms, grad parties, birthdays, etc. that have shared their special moments with us. Co-owner, Allison, also runs her State Farm agency in the front of the theater where the concessions used to be. We get a kick out of showing all of our customers the old theater!

There are many exciting things ahead in our future. We look forward to getting bands on our stage and will be having live music at our party this coming September during the food truck festival!

Throwback Thursday! Three years ago today the theater was looking like this! No floors, bare walls, sections of missing railings, a carpeted stage, non functioning bathrooms. Makes our backs hurt thinking about all that work, but so grateful for all the various events we have been able to host in there since then! ❤️
