Throwback Thursday! Three years ago today the theater was looking like this! No floors, bare walls, sections of missing railings, a carpeted stage, non functioning bathrooms. Makes our backs hurt thinking about all that work, but so grateful for all the various events we have been able to host in there since then! ❤️

We have 25 people signed up for yoga tomorrow at 5:30. Heck Yeah!! We’re trying to squeeze in 30 if you wanna join. It’s amazing to feel the positive vibes from so many people practicing self-love 💜 However, if you can’t make it to the studio most of our classes are now available on Zoom. Two free classes available today! We added a weekly 45 minute noon yoga class with Allison to the schedule for those mid-day break exercisers. And of course we brought back customer favorite, Tabata with Becky. This HIIT style class is accessible, but packs in a full body workout punch in 45 mins. If you haven’t tried one of Becky’s classes, now’s your chance to try it out for free!

We've been excited to get back to the studio and hope you have too! A couple of things have changed. We refinished the dance floor and plan to use only the front door to keep our feet and mats clean. Please use the Chestnut Street entrance, store your street shoes in the designated area and slip into your gym shoes or bare feet. If you are new to the studio or group fitness, welcome! We keep our fitness space dimly lit with ambient light to feel more free to be yourself and use our movie screen to amp up the fun! If you are busy next week, join us anytime- all classes are free your first week.

Hundreds of people came through the theater last night for our holiday party. We went through tons of painted cookies, glow wands, and pics with Santa, but the best part was seeing all the smiling faces and people from our community inside the historic theater once again 🎄❤️ Thanks so much to everyone for coming out. We hope you had fun!

The theater is open to the public today from 3-5 pm before the Twilight Parade!

Come get your holiday cheer on with us and Santa before he heads off for parade duties! We will also have free cookie painting, glow wands for kids, and sing along songs on the big screen 🎅🎄🎁

Hello, friends! Some of you may have noticed that we don't have fitness classes on our schedule past this week. Don't worry! We are only taking a break to work on next steps on the theater. This includes upgrades to be able to host bigger community events, finishing the upstairs area for private party rental, and replacing our heating system.

We have some fun events in the meantime… come check out Halloween Eve yoga & Autumn Sip n Stretch. We will also be hosting a holiday party the day of the downtown Twilight Parade, so come by for free photos with Santa, cookie decorating, and holiday giveaways! Added class!! Becky will be teaching Tabata this Saturday at 9 AM. Tabata is a circuit based class focusing on strength and getting your heart rate in the optimal zone to increase your cardiac strength as well. Appropriate for all fitness levels- we have all the equipment you need to lower or intensify the workout as you wish.

Start this weekend right! See you there!
