Immersion Yoga kicks off tomorrow with our new Fall schedule! This fan-fave class combines curated playlists, routines, aromas, lighting, and themes to create a practice that goes beyond the mat.

This week we have "Forest Bath Flow"- where you will root like the trees, expand like branches, & flow with the ease of the natural world.

You will also be able to find our curated playlists for each class online!

Class feature!! We have Pilates every Tuesday at 5:30 pm! Mostly we stick to a mat focused class, but every once in awhile we mix it up with fun equipment, like this class a couple weeks ago where we used our weighted hoops 💪🏻

Join Allison for a class that blends movement, breath, and reflection in the lower level of the historic mountain iron library.

This isn’t just a yoga class—it’s an opportunity to turn inward and reconnect with the story you’re living.

Expect soft lighting, gentle music, thoughtful prompts, and a space that feels like your own personal reading nook. We’ll move, we’ll pause, and we’ll allow space to journal if you like. 💕

No need for sign up- just bring your own mat please and meet us in the basement of the Mountain Iron Library.
