TURKEY VEGETABLE COBBLER!🥕🥦

INGREDIENTS:
Turkey & Vegetable Filling
2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups broccoli florets
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) 98% fat-free reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup 100% fat-free chicken broth
1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Biscuit Topping:
1 1/4 cups reduced-fat all-purpose baking mix
1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
1 egg white

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. For turkey and vegetable filling, cut turkey into 1/2-inch cubes with Chef’s Knife. Cut carrots into 1/4-inch slices using Crinkle Cutter. Chop onion using Food Chopper. In Large Micro-Cooker®, combine carrots, onion and broccoli. Microwave, covered, on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.

Meanwhile, in Classic Batter Bowl, combine soup, broth, milk, garlic pressed with Garlic Press, thyme and black pepper; whisk until blended using Stainless Whisk. Stir in turkey and vegetable mixture; mix well. Pour into Deep Dish Baker.

For biscuit topping, in Small Batter Bowl combine baking mix, milk and egg white; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened and mixture forms a soft dough. Using Medium Scoop, drop six scoops of dough over filling. Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.

Yield:
6 servings

Cook's Tips:
Cut leftover turkey or chicken into cubes and place in a resealable plastic freezer bag. Label and freeze up to 1 month. Use in all your favorite recipes calling for cooked turkey or chicken.

Eggs will separate more easily when cold. Use the Egg Separator, which conveniently attaches to the rim of most bowls, to separate the egg yolk from the egg white.

Reduced-fat all-purpose baking mix is a packaged mix used for making pancakes, biscuits and other baked items. It can be found in the baking section of the grocery near the flour and other packaged baking mixes.

Raspberry Crumble Cookies!

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raspberry jam (or your favorite jam)
1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the flour and salt to the butter mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Set aside about 1/2 cup of the dough for the crumble topping.

Roll the remaining dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to create a small indent in the center of each cookie.

Fill each indent with about 1/2 teaspoon of raspberry jam.
Crumble the reserved dough over the tops of the cookies for a crumbly finish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Tips:
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure even baking. These cookies are delicate, so let them cool completely before handling.

Stained Glass Cookies! 🎄

Ingredients:
For the Cookies:
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
For the "Stained Glass" Centers:
• 1 cup hard candies (like Jolly Ranchers or Life Savers), assorted colors
Optional Decorations:
• Powdered sugar, for dusting
• Edible glitter or sprinkles

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Cookie Dough:
◦ In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
◦ Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
◦ In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
◦ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
2 Chill the Dough:
◦ Divide the dough in half, wrap each portion in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3 Prepare the Candies:
◦ Unwrap the hard candies and separate them by color. Place each color in a zip-top bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin.
4 Roll and Cut the Cookies:
◦ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
◦ Roll out one portion of dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
◦ Use a large cookie cutter to cut out shapes, then use a smaller cutter to remove the center of each cookie. Transfer the cookies to the prepared baking sheets.
5 Add the "Stained Glass" Centers:
◦ Fill the center of each cookie with crushed candy, spreading it evenly but not overflowing the edges.
6 Bake the Cookies:
◦ Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the candy centers are melted.
◦ Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheets before removing them.
7 Decorate (Optional):
◦ Once cooled, dust the cookies with powdered sugar or add edible glitter for extra sparkle.
8 Serve and Store:
◦ Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
