Today was a good day for Clark's Smokin and Grillin Meats LLC. We took home the People's Choice Award for our Pulled Pork. This is our first Award since we start last year. Thank you to all came out for Chamois day and voted for us. Who is In the southern part of Missouri that has a Big Appetite? Clark's Smokin and Grillin Meats LLC AKA The Muddy Bottoms BBQ is having a this Cardiac Arrest Sandwich Challenge in Van Buren Missouri October 8 , 2022. Time not yet posted. This is a Contest. Here are the rules.

1. There is a $30.00 entry fee. ( this is what the Cost of it is for the sandwich)
2. You'll have 25 minutes to finish.
3. Your not allowed to leave the table once you start or your Disqualified.
4. No one is allowed to help you as well or your Disqualified.
5. You can drink water or soda but you can't get sick or your Disqualified.
6. $25.00 of the entry fee goes back in as prize money , $5.00 of it helps the cost of the sandwich. First one done wins, winner takes all and has to come back and defend there title the next year.

Lines after lines today at Shefest in Shenandoah. Shenandoah you have been good to us this year and we will be back again next year. Folks stay tune to see our schedule as we ca get one up for you all. Thank you all for everything and the memories. Bring away from here after all these years my father always told me that this is home and it is with family like my Cuz Michael Clark coming up to see us and his wife Kathy. Folks thanks again!!!!

Clark's Smokin and Grillin Meats LLC AKA The Muddy Bottoms BBQ will be at Shefest this weekend. Our stuff is all made from scratch. We have homemade Chicken Strip dinners, Ribbon fries, Homemade French fries, burgers, Pulled pork, pulled Chicken, smoked Brisket, Homemade BBQ baked Beans, Homemade Cole Slaw, Homemade potato salad, Ribs and Rib dinners and much much more. Come on out and see us folks. We will also have our spuds and the Cardiac Arrest Sandwich too.

Well this was a great and fun but yet exhausting weekend. Both days and sold out everything . Wow Shenandoah you all rock again. Can't wait for the next one.The Eat off as you all can see was the boom. 5 contestants and a big crowd. This was the first eat off for Clark's Smokin and Grillin Meats LLC.
