Stollery Fundraiser Jackpot

Good morning folks!! Most of you voted for a 2 day event. Here is a rough idea of how it’ll go. The TP creek indoor is booked for august 23/24. And the hall for the night of the 23rd. The 23rd will be poles/possibly breakaway. And the 24th will be barrels. There will be a dance Saturday night, still deciding on if I move to a liquor licence for the dance or not. Point being this is going to be wayyy bigger then before and I am going to need to support from whoever can give it. I’ll need help with, buckles, facility rental, and any merchandise(t-shirts, hoodies, etc.) The more that sponsers are able to hep the less expenses we pay from the fundraiser total. Hello, Folks! this year the total rolls around to $14, 120. Thank you all. I have an open house to attend at the Stollery for the grand opening of the new donor wall and will present the cheque there. Since the jackpot started 4 years ago we have raised over $57, 000.

It's amazing what comes up when you look up your name. This is a post from 2020. I made a count of the candy jar during COVID-19. This was the year before the jackpot started. For all of you who've stood with me since I started fundraising in grade 6. Thank you very much. Cathe Hassall says, "Tylynn has been fundraising for the Stollery at Sexsmith Secondary for the past four years and we don't see her slowing down any time soon." This quote from my high school L.A. teacher couldn't be any more correct.

Thank you all for coming out Saturday and supporting the stollery! It means a lot to me and my family. This a cause I hold near and dear to me heart. Thank you to all those who helped. Hello everyone! The big event is tommorow! My apologies I just got home from olds and setting up the arena. Tomorrow warm up starts @9 you can come conforming and paying entries at 8:30 up int the announcers booth. Cash only for paying entry( peewee $20 per run)(youth $35 per run) ( open $50 per run) we will be starting with peewee barrels at 10, then go to youth and then open. Same age group order for poles. The draw will posted on the fence by the bleachers, please snap a picture of the draws. Also Taylor will be selling scrunches again this year $10 per scrunchy 100% of proceeds go back to stollery

Hey everyone! A little update since we are getting so close to the big day. Yes ENTRIES ARE CLOSED. All prizes have been purchased and are good. Buckles are in. Bands are ready for the dance(8pm tp creek hall. $10 admission at door) pop and chips will be sold at the dance. If you have a silent auction item please bring it day of. Leftys concession will be open all day. Please WEAR PURPLE! It is stollery colours. Draws will be posted hopefully tomorrow. Heart and soul buckle voting-very important on the day of.
