In case anyone missed the email last week....

Hello Senior Parents/Guardians,

You are receiving this email because your Senior is registered to attend the all-night graduation party. We are delighted your senior will be joining the evening filled with various entertainment, food, activities, and prizes. Our event date is this coming Sunday, June 5th!

This email contains some key information that is important for your seniors to review before the event. Please forward this email to their attention to ensure a fun, safe, and successful event for our graduates.

CHECK-IN: 4:30PM to 4:45PM Sunday, June 5, 2022 at the main High School entrance in front of the Performing Arts Center (PAC).

PICK-UP TIME: Estimated between 4:30AM – 5:30AM, on Monday, June 6 2022. Time depends on how quickly your senior's name is drawn for their prize.

Other important information & reminders:

· You will not need to bring anything to the event. All costs are covered and food, entertainment, photography, personal items and more are provided.

· Do not bring purses, wallets, bags, keys, water bottles, or electronic devices such as cell phones, smart watches, or ipads. Any of these items brought to the event will be collected until your senior is released after the event. This helps students fully focus on having fun, and celebrate friendships since this will be the last time the whole class can be together.

· Those with Snapchat; may want to update Streaks just prior to the event. :)

· The party is alcohol, to***co (including e-cigarettes/vapes) and drug free. Any unauthorized substances will be cause for your senior to be dismissed from the party. Additionally, prizes valued at a minimum of $100 will be forfeited. In the event an unauthorized substance is found; the emergency contact for the senior will be contacted to come and pick up your senior at the current event location.

· Medications: If your child requires any medicine, insulin, epi-pen or the like during (or accessible) at the event please reply to this email to make arrangements in advance.

· Photos will be taken continually during the events and uploaded throughout the evening. Follow the Facebook Senior Graduation site for updates @ DHS Class of 2022 Grad Party or via this shared drive link for those that don't have facebook. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uLxqSYxgointoBw-XdXX3sHZe7vH1CgZ?usp=sharing

· It is encouraged that parents drop off their child for the party and pick them up afterward since they will be tired and all vehicles left in the parking lot will be unattended. Delano Public Schools, party organizers, collectively or individually, assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items or any damage inflicted upon any attended or unattended vehicles.

· Each Senior will receive a minimum of their registration fee, back in prizes at the end of the event. Once you have received your prizes, you will be free to check-out of the event, or you may choose to stay and watch to see what others win.

· The event will be fully chaperoned.

It was a great day! Thank you to all who volunteered and all who game out to support our 2022 Senior Class! Amazing turnout, lots of laughs and fun, and a lot of money raised for our kids! Can’t wait for our next event in March!

Don't miss the omelette breakfast this Sunday at the Delano Legion from 8:30 to 12pm! If possible try to buy your tickets prior to Sunday as the Senior Class has a higher benefit from pre-sold tickets. PM for tickets!
