First contest in the books for 2022. Olathe BBQ Championship was not our best showing as a team but pratice makes progress. Thanks to J-H Cattle Co. Meat Store for providing an amazing selection of Akaushi briskets to select from. For all your beef needs check them out on FB and in-person.
