The best way to eat a mango is when it looks like a flower! Ever had a mango flower before? In SoCal there are these little vendors on the side of the road where you can order one of the best mangos you’ll ever have sprayed with fresh lime juice 😲

Pink flamingos are the birds that look most like 🌸 flowers! There pretty pink color is activated by the protein in the crustaceans that they eat! It sure would be fun to be completely pink for a day! I had fun at the zoo :)

Thanksgiving flower pumpkins for the centerpiece this year 🤗. These are so fun to make and a great way to use those pumpkins up before switching to Christmas (if you’re anything like me 😋) after Thursday! Here’s how you make them. You saw open the pumpkin and scoop out the pumpkin guts. Pour a little bleach and water and swish it around and put it out- let it sit and dry a bit. Then take some flower foam and put it in a solo cup or bowl. Insert the flower foam cup/bowl into the flower pumpkin. Start to add your favorite fall flowers and greens and make a stunning center piece for your family to give thanks over. They are so cute and will have everyone enjoying the fall feels and be even more thankful this season. These where so fun to make and get creative with! What kind of centerpieces will you have this year?

Does anyone else love a good boat ride? We have been soaking up all the sun we can get while boating, swimming and pretending it’s summer as long as we can. Every time we go swimming my dad musters up his courage and says “the coward dies a thousand deaths but the valiant die but once.” As to encourage himself to be brave enough to plunge into cold water. 🤣 Been thinking a lot about courage recently especially in light of all the plans of my personal life changing and that of the state of the world. What are some things you have been telling yourself to muster up encouragement and strength? I keep saying to myself there is a marvelous plan for my life and my dreams will come true at the right time...I believe it for you too friend 💕🤗😘

Gladiolus means sharp like a sword! They are actually associated with with gladiators...?! Because of the sword thing. The flower meaning of the gladiolus is strength and integrity because of the gladiator thing.
They also symbolize infatuation because...I don’t know why 🤷‍♀️.By giving a gladiolus to someone, the giver sends the message “you pierce my heart” to the receiver, because of the flower’s pointed shape. Another gladiolus meaning is remembrance. I post them all the time and their meaning is so interesting. They are the easiest arrangement to make too! You can buy tons of them from Trader Joe’s and just prop them in a vase and give them to your crush lol 😂 or your dinning room table, flowers don’t seem to work to well on men haha. Oh well, I’m so gllllladdddiolous for you 😍and would make you a bouquet of glads because your awesome and I’ll remember you. 💕🤗🥰😁😁😁

This guy is ready for fall! Are you? I honestly never am I want to sit on a hot beach all day! But I made this for those who love the season. I fregan love the whitish greenish spider mums and the fun feathery pampas to the left. The Amaryllis in her glory. A neighbor gave me one of his from his lawn! So I created around it. Sometimes people are generous and they give you something so special. They had no idea how much joy it would give you, what it would mean to you... you know? I realized I want to do the same thing just be generous and give a little something here and there maybe they can make something really special with it. When was the last time someone gave you something unknowingly special to you?

He just looked at me all the sudden a bit frightened and said “it’s like they are staring at me and won’t stop 😳” I said “yeah they just want you to look at them and enjoy them” anyone else personify flowers and secretly believe they have little personalities and might start talking to you? 😜

smiling teeth and belting flowers. around a hot day feeling the mist of the bay, holding on to hope... the world could bloom again after stagnant gloom, waiting...season after so many... pauses...waiting...and so much hating...let’s pick some flowers do some dating hold hands with hope and walk towards its baiting... Quick turn from the gears snears and ratings look at the lover that lies deep on the inside not the bite that can turn and poison the lifeline. Hope is dope if you let it roll off your tongue and season the ears that go through the wars of debating. Burst forth, choose whose gonna win in this time of chasing. The flickering candle only grows stronger with your gazing but the wind from your mouth can smolder and s***f. Shhhh let the flowers come out. Let the hope flow and the wind that s***f, the bite that stops, stop. Date the hope that flows and opens ingrained in our brains and souls. Let it out let the hope out.

Here is a one of a kind magnolia flower arrangement I did for the heck of it, during Corona shut down lock down saga. We didn’t really want to go into stores so I collected these honey suckles, queen anne’s lace all wild and all around my neighborhood. You should have seen my boyfriend and I climbing wild magnolia trees!( don’t worry it’s good for them to get a little trim). Flowers have been something that has really picked me up given me purpose, given me passion and also some much needed fun during this weird and strange season. What has been helping relieve the tension in this season for you? Tennis? Knitting? Shopping online?🤪

Gorgeous gardenias to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary!!! 🤩🥳🎉🥳(swipe to see wedding pic) it has been amazing to see their covenant and immense commitment to one another over the years. Through all their trials and intense seasons of life I watched them stay together. The gardenia flower is my moms wedding flower in her bouquet. Ever since I was little she would rave about her bouquet and how special it was to her. The smell, the beauty and the bright white flower she loved so much (and expensive $3 a stem back then! Lol). I will probably use this flower in my own wedding bouquet one day. It will be a tribute to my parents wedding and the symbol to remember their committed love to one another, the very same love I hope to hold on my wedding day...
