CREATIVELY CANDID - LIABILITY WAIVER
Payment/Balance is to be paid on the date of the event, cash or check only. In the case of an unavoidable nonattendance on the part of the artist every effort will be made to find a replacement, or a full refund given. If additional hours are requested, then payment will need to be made immediately. The client will be expected to pay the full booking fee even
if the client uses the artist for less time than booked for. If changes are agreed to the time date or location it is the responsibility of the client to confirm these changes in writing. Artist is not liable for any allergic reaction to paints. Anyone with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate or have the artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the event. Artist will not paint anyone who appears to be suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, impetigo, eczema, open wounds or any infections skin condition. Artist will use reasonable care but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The artist uses only safe FDA approved products. The client agrees to pay for any accidents or damage caused by pets, or guests, to the artist equipment. Artist to have 5-10-minute break every two hours. Artist is present only as a painter and will not supervise children. The behavior and safety of the children is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver.
