Everything is still closed. I feel bad for my friends with restaurants, catering businesses and everyone in food service right now... I hope you’ve all tried to adapt, and continue to grow until we can serving the masses once again. Until then, I’m gonna look back on this night of absolute insanity with and think, boy do I miss cooking at private events. Once it opens up, you all better get in touch! I’ve got too many recipes in my head!

The key to a great meal is simplicity. Taste your ingredients. Don’t cover them in spices and aromatics to the point of losing the taste of what should be the star of your dish.

Everything here is oven baked and healthy. Good food doesn’t necessarily have to be fried. If you want to taste something different, head over to www.traiteurgustocatering.com and check out what I can do for you! Keep in mind, the sky is the limit and anything and everything can be made!
