Let us tell you a story about this day, becuase not everyday in business is a great day. This was one of our early jobs in our photobooth career. We were excited to provide our service in celebration for a little girl who had a rough go in the early stages of her life, but was healthily making it to her 1st birthday.

Upon setting up for the party, our photobooth refused to print any of the strips. We then learned we were out of ink and paper. It was so disappointing for us as a business to feel like we failed to deliver the services we promised, especially on a day that was so important to the family, but we preserved. We took pictures the whole night of all the happy friends and family members. Later we ordered more paper and ink and printed each and every one of the photos that was taken that day and hand delivered it to the family.

As upsetting as it was to fail in that moment, we were happy to still provide the picture keepsakes from that day.

Not everyday in business is going to go the way you want it to. But when it doesn't you have to know how to bounce back, course correct and still deliver the best service you can.

Thank you so much for using our services and giving us the chance to rectify our mistake. We learned so much from this day, like always have extra paper and ink on you NO MATTER WHAT lol. We needed that experience to grow better as a company. We hope to be of service at your next event.
