We love giving back to the community so much that we had a Back to School Celebration, where we partnered with a local barber college, Modern Barber Academy and gave away free haircuts, and we had some stylist on deck giving away free hair braiding and hair styles... and of course you know we had to give some school supplies and backpacks...

Cooking has been something that Chef Fitz has been doing all his life. Growing up in New York and having the opportunity to taste cuisine’s from around the world all in one place. HE never thought culinary school was going to be a path that he would take. However that did change in 2010 when the mortgage industry took a turn for the worst. Culinary school was an idea that God laid on his heart. He did not initially pursue it however in the end it was what he jumped into and he loved it. Now he has been cooking for over 9 years professionally with his wife Fabiola by his side his Sous Chef, he has birthed F2EC) for Fitz & Fab. Together this dynamic duo can take a vision from your mind and turn it into a masterpiece. We love what he do and the smiles on the faces is more than enough in knowing that this catering company is more than just food. You become a part of the family.
