Leaving Birdsville for the 2nd leg of the Queensland Outback Masters at Boulia Golf Club. It must be a Hump kinda day, starting with Birdsville Bakery's famous curried camel pie for breakfast and finishing in Boulia by seeing some camels crossing the road. Big thank you to Birdsville Bakery for for their fantastic service.

In Birdsville for the 1st stop of the Queensland Outback Masters. The crows made the news stealing competitors balls but there were other friendly critters around, although the flies were too friendly.

About us

SEA Catering was born by Susan Alm in 2010 after having managed and then sold the Downshire Arms Hotel in Mitchell. She found there was a need for a caterer that would travel to various functions in the Maranoa district. Susan has always had a passion for cooking and was able to complete her certificate 3 in hospitality and commercial cookery after selling the Downshire Arms hotel. Together with her partner Adrian, daughter Roslyn, friend Kaylene and casual staff, they are able to cater for intimate groups as well as large functions of between 45o and 500 people. They are also able to cater to any type of menu required, whether a “grazing style” smorgasbord or a 3-4 course banquet dinner. Should you have any special dietary requirements Sue and the team will look after you as well.

SEA Catering pride themselves in using local produce wherever possible, as well as working for a greener environment using recyclable and bio degradable disposables. So if you are looking to organise your next big birthday bash, football banquet, food and wine tasting or wedding get in touch for a very personal service with any budget and palate catered to.
