Founded in 2016, Bluu Boy LLC is a tribute to my late grandfather from whom I got the nickname. It was during our annual family reunions that my passion for cooking took on it's true form. During my 20-year career in the United States Air Force, I was constantly experimenting with different spices and foods to create one of a kind dishes. As the demand for my dishes grew, cooking for me became les
