With the end of summer fast approaching we have been busier than ever!
Here’s a shot of the beautiful board that went out this weekend for a 60th birthday accompanied by an AMAZING BBQ buffet dinner ❤️

⭐️ smokey sweet mesquite chicken thighs
⭐️ and the star of the show - RIBS!! This is a perfected recipe and I am beyond stoked every time I get to make and watch people enjoy these!! ❤️

Phew!!! That was a long weekend!!
Started off on Friday with pulled pork sandwiches, Mac n cheese and green beans for the folks monthly lunch over at Grace Transport then followed it up with a multi-day BBQ/brunch for a wonderful family in my favourite beachside town Grand Bend, Ontario, Canada!
Because all of the events were buffet style, I didn’t get the best pictures but I took a nice video of the entire buffet from the BBQ! We had fall off the bone “best they’ve EVER had” beer and chipotle ribs, Smokey bbq chicken, chili lime salmon, lemon oregano potatoes, garlicky rice pilaf, honey thyme carrots and dilly green beans!!

⭐️ chèvre and sun dried tomato stuffed chicken with a leek and garlic cream sauce, crispy roasted duck fat potatoes, carrot puree, beet gem, crispy leeks and chive oil
⭐️ Lindt chocolate ganache tart with dehydrated raspberry, salted dark chocolate caramel, almond and a salted chocolate and puffed rice chip
