A local small business market at the stunning Herb Garden venue in Almonte. Saturday October 26, 10am-3pm.

Join us for a gorgeous fall day in the country with shopping, gardens, fall colours, and pumpkins as we transform this beautiful venue into an idyllic setting for a small business fall market!

Sip on warm, aromatic coffee while strolling through the pumpkins and some truly incredible local small businesses, each offering handcrafted treasures, amazing creations, and delicious treats. After shopping, grab some food/treats, relax, stroll the property, or play with the kiddos at the play spot! This market not only highlights the creativity and products of small businesses but also celebrates the community spirit and joy of the fall season.

Tea and Cake is a quaint, classic tearoom in Almonte, Ontario, run by Gwendolyn Neelin, a barista-turned-baker with a passion for food, tea, and British tradition. In addition to their dine-in menu of breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, they also offer take-out meals and freshly-baked treats, tea, coffee and specialty hot beverages. Thet have also begun offering a selection of take home dinners from their freezer, and a shelf of retail food items including house made jams and preserves. They love to create custom cakes and catered meals for your special events.

Blush & Bloom was started in the winter of 2021 as a way to fill spare time during the pandemic. After being gifted a sewing machine, they had enjoyed sewing hot and cold bags as gifts for family and friends that past Christmas which sparked an idea to make more of them to sell to others. Sewing quickly evolved to include a bunch of other products focused on self-care and home decor. They loved that the products they enjoyed making were able to increase other people’s enjoyment of their time at home too. The product line is currently focused mostly on bath + body products made in their home in Kanata, ON.
