Cheers 2023, it’s been absolute magic. Here’s to getting lost in the beauty of 2024✨

Soak in that beautiful life of yours. Don’t forget to live it.

I had my second baby this year and I did not take a full maternity leave. Got the keys to my new studio 2 months after she was born and got back into designing pretty much 3 months after I gave birth. Actually, a week and half after I gave birth if you include the one mock-up I did.

Although I was busy, I also made time for my personal life this year. I didn’t fill up my entire work schedule. I made time for all the things and people I love.

I trusted in myself and capabilities. I knew that the right events, clients and freelancers would come my way. That we would all align to create some beautiful magic.

I was caught up in living and resting this year that I put a few things for on the back burner. For one, my podcast, The Narcissistic Florist and second, . Two avenues of my business that I’m super passionate about. It slightly kills me that I couldn’t do more for them but I know it was the right call to make.

This year was magic, and there’s nothing ever easy about creating magic. It’s something you continuously learn how to create and transform.

Going into 2024 these are my goals:

1. To continue working on weddings and events that I’m aligned with. Designed forward, lived in, feel good weddings. It’s all about that good flowing energy.

2. Recording more episodes and creating a consistent schedule for The Narcissistic Florist Podcast

3. Allowing myself to get more creative, explore and learn from others, while slowly growing

4. To have more fun and not take myself so seriously.

5. Continuing to get lost in the beauty.

This year has been so wildly beautiful.

Beautiful and breaking.

Transformative.

One thing that’s been taking hold of me this entire month was how I would I present my 2023 to all of you.

This beautiful, breaking, transformative year.

What would I say? What photos and videos would I present to all of you? What trending audio would I choose?

And I’ve come to the conclusion that you can’t sum up life in one social media post.

Life is truly beautiful, every single moment of it. Embrace it , experience it.

I’m grateful for all the people I get to do life with. The ones who support me, who lift me up, the ones that choose to do it with me, the ones that love me, the ones that help me grow and transform, the ones who leave and teach me lessons in return.

Every single moment of this breaking and beautiful life. Thank you 2023.
