had a great time at this years cook off & “competition”. We made many new friends and look forward to “making memories through flavor” in the Reno / Tahoe and surrounding areas! Thanks again to everyone who made it happen and especially the patrons...maybe next year we can add a “people’s choice award” to the mix huh?! 🤔😉🤙🏽🥘

My father, Javier, who I draw inspiration from every time I cook paella. I miss him very much but he is with me all the time and I feel him the most when I cook for clients and friends. He was the master of bringing people together and making them feel welcomed and special. I love you Aita

Combination half & half mariscos (shellfish / seafood) & “meat lovers” paella. All paellas are customizable! All you have to do is ask 🙂. With the help of we can produce just about any paella you can imagine
