We are grateful to be a part of 57th Annual Reno Basque Festival: Please join us on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at McKinley Arts and Culture Center (925 Riverside Drive) for our annual Basque festival. The day will start with mass with Aita Antton followed by weightlifting, woodchopping, and dancing exhibitions. This year, we are excited to have your local ZBBC dancers and the Elko Ariñak. There will be a lunch of chorizo sandwiches, beans, salad, cheese and wine served. There will also be paella served, but there is a limited quantity so be sure to get there early to get your paella ticket. There is limited seating available inside the venue, but there is a nice shaded, open-air area so please bring chairs, blankets, and/or tables to sit outside and enjoy your meal. Later in the afternoon, we will have the popular txinga weight carrying competition and more chorizo sandwiches for sale! That evening join us at The Row at 8:00 PM for music by Amerikanuak!
