I ended up taking a little break. I wasn’t planning to, but the discomfort of late pregnancy, having a baby, and some unexpected sickness in our toddler made it necessary.

But! I’m excited for this wedding season and still have a few openings this summer! I’m looking forward to making your wedding amazing!

Speeches are such a fun way to for family and friends to comment, tease, and celebrate your relationship.

But, they have a tendency of getting long and drawn out OR too many people want to say something.

An easy way to take control of speeches is to ask the presenters to keep their talks at about 300 words or 5 minutes long.

You’ll also want to limit the wedding day speakers to no more than four. Keeping the number down helps keep the reception flowing and guests having a good time.

If there are more people who would like to speak, the rehearsal dinner is a great way to include them!

Big weddings have a tendency to become more of a party and less about the couple and the reason everyone has gathered together.

Here are 4 ways you can add simple and private moments to your big day and not miss any of the fun!

1- share a first look! Granted, your photographer will be there snapping away, but you will get about 20 minutes of time where no one is fawning for your attention and you appreciate each other and how amazing you both look 😍

2- read your vows together privately. No photographer. No coordinator. NO ONE. Just the two of you expressing the love you have for each other with no one else listening to the intimate elements of your love

3- share a private drink or moment immediately after the ceremony. Your wedding coordinator can have it all set up so the two of you can escape to a private room… other than the bathroom… and just take a deep breath and share your first moments as a married couple together

4- have a private dance at the end of the night. While your coordinator is rounding up your guests up for the send off, ask your DJ to play a special song for the two of you to dance to alone

So what exactly IS a Pop-Up Wedding and why is it so inexpensive?

A Pop-Up Wedding is an all-inclusive wedding concept where a date and venue is preselected, decor is added, and you basically show up and get married!

We will take out all the stress of planning a wedding, cut the cost of getting married, and provide a gorgeous wedding experience without the stress, and top it all off with cake and champagne!

The cost is kept to a minimum by sharing the date with up to four other couples. When you book, you will be able to select the time you want and then you, your fiance and up to 25 of your closest friends and family members show up to celebrate! Each couple will have an hour and a half at the venue which includes the ceremony, mini reception, grand exit, and a 30-minute private photo session with a photographer.
