Last but not least, let's introduce our CEO and founder: Chef Giorgio Diana! 👨🏻‍🍳

Giorgio Diana was born in 1982 in Cagliari, Italy. When he was 17 he moved in Munich, Germany to further his gastronomic repertoire by studying German, French, Japanese & Molecular Cuisine, working for many great chefs like Bobby Breuer, Giovanni Marchesani and Shane McMahon.

He began to travel the world working for increasingly important restaurants in Turkey, Russia, Jordan and Taiwan, where he founded his fine dining restaurant in the
luxurious 5 stars hotel Eda Royal 🌍

Since 2017 he's a member of the Maître Rôtisseurs by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and official international judge for the “WORLDCHEFS” (WACS) judging international culinary competitions and
advising gastronomic institutions.

His career is not short of awards: his restaurant in Egypt was awarded as Best Restaurant 3 years in a row and he's been awarded as Best Head Chef 2019 of the whole African continent. In addition, there are numerous places among the top 300 chefs worldwide by The Best Chef Awards, since 2015.
In 2022 he's Novità dell'Anno and in 2024 he's no. 31 in the world by 50 Top Italy 💫

Today he's founder and chef of the .katameyaheights Restaurant in Cairo, where he makes known to the Arab world his loved Mediterranean cuisine combining traditional and modern techniques with Asian flavors and a touch of molecular cuisine.

Now it's the turn of our partner in crime, the Head of Dinner Incredible events in the Middle East: Chef Daniele Chiari! 💫

He started working in his uncle Sergio’s bakery in Genzano in Rome. Then he left Italy to work in Amsterdam, Monaco, Doha and Minsk and became a consultant for many high-profile restaurants in the Middle East, opening his first restaurant "Il piacere del gusto" in the Emirates in 2009.

Some of his assignments were very special: in 2013 he cooked for the Kazakh President as Executive Chef. In 2015-2016 in Minsk organizes meals for top football teams such as Barcelona, PSV, Porto and the Spanish national team. He cooked, as well as for various personalities of the Islamic world, for Russian President Putin, for Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, for Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, for US President Joe Biden and for Chinese President Xi Jinping ✨

In 2017, he finally arrived in Saudi Arabia where he became Culinary Director of the Royal Protocol Hospitality and Catering of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: namely, the Royal Family’s trusted chef 👑

A bright star for Italy Meets KSA: Chef Davide Guidara! ⭐

The career of this young chef begins when he was 22 at the prestigious 4 star superior Hotel Eolian in Milazzo. He then goes to SUM in Catania, and it's there that he develops his culinary philosophy made of minimalism, essentialism and umami.

His style has led him to win several awards, such as "Best under 30" by Gambero Rosso, "Cuoco del Futuro" by San Pellegrino & Acqua Panna and the "Vent'Anni" award by Identità Golose.

He arrives on the fascinating Sicilian island of Vulcano to drive what he calls "the vegetable restaurant": I Tenerumi Restaurant of the Therasia Resort, using vegetable garden, organic ingredients, solar and photovoltaic energy 🌿

Thus its bold vegetable-based cuisine wins both the Michelin star and the Green Star for the sustainability of its cuisine in 2022, also winning the Best Young Chef Michelin Award in 2023.

Last but not least, he writes a "Manifesto of New Vegetable Cuisine" and promotes it with the message " ".
In short, its cuisine is the future that makes itself present 💚

The last Saudi chef for Italy Meets KSA is a very special guest: Chef Noura Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Bin Khamis 🤗

Noura is 61 years old and we can say she's the mother of the Saudi cuisine ❤

Throughout his career she has always shown her expertise in high-volume meal preparation and her organizational and creative culinary abilities.
She worked as a Kitchen Manager at AlKhaleej and managed meal services for King Saud University.
She's a certifiied trainer by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the British International Academy for Training and Development. She has earned a Bronze Medal in the Horeka competition, and participated in several TV programs such as the First Saudi Channel’s "Hayatna" and "BelAfiya Alikum" 📺
Her experience includes working as a chef at and directing the first women's branch of the Shawaya House restaurant chain. She also played a key role in hosting a dinner for a foreign investment delegation alongside Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh ⭐

In addition she gives her contribution to community supporting orphans and the elderly and working as a trainer for kitchen staff at women-only cafes and restaurants.

Today Noura has been working at the Royal Protocol for 8 years, serving as the Head Chef for the women's section of popular food at royal ceremonies and giving the government a taste of authentic Saudi gastronomic tradition 🇸🇦

Another great Saudi chef for Italy Meets KSA: 💫

Mohammed Salman Albasha is a professional dedicated to excellence 🌠 born in Saudi Arabia, he grew up in the USA where he learned from his mother to cook with eyes and heart on different gastronomic traditions.
After earnings his degree in Finance, he gained experience working under the Michelin starred Chef José Andrés and at the prestigious Zuma Restaurant.

The culinary philosophy of Chef Albasha focuses on high quality and local ingredients. His signature style, and philanthropic efforts work as a great inspiration for many young Saudi chefs.
In our event he'll do the honors, seeing that today he's the Executive Sous Chef of the The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, leading everyday a team of almost 110 chefs 💣
